We are reasonable people and will try our best to work something out. If you are not completely happy with your new grove product please send it back to us within 15 days for a full refund.

Grove Case Replacement Program

If you break your case for any reason warranty we will offer you a 50% discount on a new replacement.

**TERMS: Limited to identical product. Only usable once. Deal not valid if we are no longer in production of the product **

Warranty

We guarantee our product for a six-month period from the day it ships. Please be aware that bamboo being a natural material and finished with natural oil/wax will distress and change over time. You can expect your case to wear similar to fine hand-rubbed furniture.

We do not cover damage from abuse, exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, and impacts (such as dropping your phone).

The case MAY NOT SURVIVE AN IMPACT FROM DROPPING THE PHONE.

The case is designed to protect your phone from normal wear and tear.

Custom / Monogram Orders

We cannot refund custom / monogram orders unless due to manufacturer’s defect.

Color

Due to variations in monitor/screen settings and bamboo being a natural material with random variation, we cannot guarantee a color match with images on the website.

Laser engraving on bamboo is an unpredictable process and engraved darkness may differ from images. Color discrepancy does not warrant a valid return.

Exchanges/Replacements

All exchanges will be made only with the identical product ordered.

Offers for replacements or discounted replacements are only valid when the exact product is still in production and not discontinued or out-of-stock. At any time, Grove reserves the right to place products out-of-stock or to discontinue them indefinitely.

Original Purchaser

Warranty is only valid with the original purchaser with a valid order# and matching email address. For example: if you buy from a third party on eBay all warranties are void.

Collaborations/Special Editions

Warranty is only valid for one month due to experimental nature of projects. Refunds only- no replacements. If you are unhappy with this warranty please contact us before the month is up and we will fully refund you.

Damage to Non-Grove Devices

Grove is not responsible for damage of any type to hardware or devices not made by Grove, such as smartphones or tablets used with Grove products. Our warranty excludes, without limitation, any scratching or surface damage to any non-Grove product. Additionally, Grove is not responsible for any costs of replacing personal property or costs of recovering or reproducing any program or data stored in a device used with or carried in a Grove product.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to not honor typographical errors which may cause incorrect pricing on the website.

The full amount is charged when you place your order even if your product is not shipping for a long while. Unfortunately we do not have the ability to place a deposit. If you are at all uncomfortable with this situation we recommend that you look at other products. We certainly understand. Sorry about that!

We will absolutely never sell or share your personal with 3rd parties. All data we collect will be used for internal purposes only.

To upload custom artwork you agreed to the following disclaimer and disclosure: Grove llc. assumes that its customers have the rights for usage on all trademarked and/or copyrighted logos and designs sent to us for reproduction.

We will assume no liability in any trademark or copyright infringement disputes.

The purchaser agrees to assume any liability resulting from actions or demands brought against us for PATENT or COPYRIGHT Infringements.

We reserve the right to use all artwork we produce in our advertising and marketing campaign. For example, we may upload pictures of your custom case to Flickr or put it on our website.

The preceding terms and conditions govern the sale by grove® between you the buyer and Grove LLC.
