ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry (excluding residents of Puerto Rico). Contest begins on September 21st, 2012 and ends on September 23rd, 2012. Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Void where prohibited.
This contest requires that you have Internet access, a valid e-mail address, and you must submit a photo to the Grove Facebook page to enter. By entering this contest, participants give their express permission to be contacted by telephone, e-mail and/or postal mail and to have their formal submission posted on the Grove Facebook fan page or any other Grove associated websites for the purpose of public viewing and voting without any additional compensation. All submissions become the property of the Grove and will not be returned or acknowledged. To make a formal submission you must be 18 years of age at the time of entry (excluding residents of Puerto Rico). To vote you must be at least 18 years of age at the time of voting. Employees of Grove are not eligible to participate.
Failure to comply with the conditions and exclusions outlined may result in your submission idea being disqualified.
You may add a photo or video to enhance your submission. If you submit a video it should be no longer than 1 ½ minutes. Photos must be in the following formats: jpg, gif or png. They can be no larger than 2 MB and can be uploaded from your computer.

PRIZE ACCEPTANCE: Winning participant will be contacted via Facebook message to coordinate prize winning details on or about Grove and to review the terms and conditions for acceptance of the donations. By entering this contest, you agree to be contacted by Grove via Facebook message. Full details will be provided to the winning participant only. Winnings are not transferable or assignable. Winners grant Grove and their respective parties the right to use and publish winning participant’s information and submissions for advertising and promotional purposes online and in print or in any other media worldwide in connection with the contest, without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited. Grove retains the right in its sole discretion in all matters pertaining to the eligibility and awarding of winnings, and may decline donation eligibility based on program conditions not being met. By participating, individuals and winners agree to these Official Rules which are final and binding. The winner must respond via Facebook message within 7 days of the first attempt to contact, or a new winner will be chosen. A total of three (3) winners will be chosen at random using random.org on Monday, September 24th, 2012.

By making a formal submission, participant understands and grants to Grove permission for his/her entry and other entrant information to be posted on Facebook.com, grovemade.com, any other Grove related website in accordance with the Official Rules. Formal submissions posted to the website are not edited by company and are the views/opinions of the individual and do not reflect the views of the company in any manner.
By making a formal submission you represent that it is your work and that you have created the submission. It must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. Participants submitting photos, videos, or music must have the express written consent of the copyright holder to use the images or music in your submission. By making a formal submission or voting a participant warrants and represents that he/she and any persons appearing or who are otherwise identifiable in the entry consents to the submission and the use of the entry. Participant grants company rights to use submission idea, photos, videos or music for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or permission.
All contest submissions must comply with the following minimum guidelines to be eligible: contest submissions cannot be sexually explicit or suggestive, unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, profane or pornographic or contain nudity; contest submissions cannot defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about people or companies; contest submissions cannot communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and or goodwill to which Grove and Facebook wish to associate. Grove reserves the right in its sole discretion to filter, remove and/or disqualify any posted submission that violates these terms without any notification or warning. Facebook is not associated with Grove nor are they a sponsor or endorser of the contest. Any submission that does not comply with any of these requirements will not be published and the submission will be void.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Grove and their agents are not responsible for any computer, on-line, telephone or technical malfunction, delays or human errors that occur in the processing, transmission or receipt of formal submissions and votes, or for inaccurate transcription of submission information, or by delayed computer transmissions. If, for any reason the contest is not capable of being conducted as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer, virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond the control of Grove. Grove reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest, formal submissions and/or votes may be disqualified if participant tries to enter more times than permitted using multiple Facebook accounts, registrations or log-ins. Use of any automated systems to participate is prohibited and will result in participant’s formal submission and/or votes being disqualified.
Grove is furnishing this item "as is". Grove does not provide any warranty of the item whatsoever, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or any warranty that the contents of the item will be error-free.
