The packaging, presentation, final product and even smell exceeded all my expectations by miles! This iPhone 4 case is absolutely beautiful, keep up the great work guys and thanks again.

I keep your current bamboo iPhone case on my desk at all times to serve as a daily reminder about designing products without compromise... plus it's really a fine example of industrial design as sculpture... for me it's as much inspirational as functional... yes, I'm a big fan!

Hands down the most incredible phone case on the planet. I've never believed in using any case until I came across Grove's.These guys at Grove are raising the bar for customer service, craftsmanship, and design, for companies around the world. The case turned out better than I could have ever hoped for. Trust me the pictures don't do it justice. It's a combination of the look, feel, smell, and believe it or not the way it sounds as I set it down. The craftsmanship that goes into every aspect of their product is unbelievable. Companies that put the product and customer first, are a dying breed. There was a wait time, but for anyone who runs short on patience such as myself, trust that when you are holding this piece of art in your hand you will appreciate the time, and effort these guys were willing to put into every little detail. Craftsmanship like this CANNOT be rushed. Thanks Grove, you now have a loyal soldier in the Grove army.

He said "wow you got a new color?" I told him no, it's a case I preordered when I got my phone, he looked at it for like 5 minutes and said "man now I have to get one of these."  He ordered a iPhone4 online like 5 minutes afterward.

Hey guys, I received my case here in England this morning, it's absolutely wonderful. Smells lovely, the inclusion of the design card and little frame is a wonderful touch, even the little cut-out letters on the sleeve -- this thing reeks of care and attention.

This is an amazing case that's well worth the money when you consider how much time, effort and CARE goes in to making one of these cases. Being able to create your own design is another plus, and although my design wasn't terribly "complex", I still didn't expect the final result to look THIS good.

I was drawn to Grove because they are artisans not a corporation stamping out cases in plastic or rubber. While they are attentive to their customers Joe and Ken make it very clear that they are not typical CEOs. I received my case today and was amazed at the fit and the quality of what I received. I will be carrying a work of art not an IPhone. Thank you both!

I received my Grove iPhone case yesterday... and it is a masterpiece! Wonderful packaging and a tour-d-force of a product that's brilliantly executed. Clearly you can sculpt unexpectedly beautiful and precise items out of bamboo. Congratulations!

I received my case a couple weeks ago. I wanted to use it before I posted my review. In one word, WOW! I love it. It receives oohs and awes from everyone. Most important to me is its super light weight, perfect fit, and feel when held. As a prior owner of the 3G and 3GS, I never used a case other than a leather folio to carry it. But the iPhone 4 felt too fragile and I constantly worried about breaking or cracking the back glass when using it. The Grove case removes that worry and gives the phone a more natural grip. And of course, the art work and uniqueness of the case makes it one of a kind. It is well worth the wait and worth the price. I love supporting a Company here in the US and it is a green product. I am thinking about placing a couple Christmas orders for family and friends! Thanks Grove!

I just received my case and it's gorgeous!! I have the plain bamboo and I love that it not only looks beautiful, I am also much less fearful about dropping it because it makes it easier to hold. Thank you for the incredible work on design and production. The quality is superb. The fit of the case on my iPhone is fantastic, and it's a case I'm very proud to have.

When I first stumbled upon these unique iPhone cases, I was smitten. While I wanted to buy one for myself, the better part of valor dictacted that I give one as a gift to my wife Suzame (@pdxmama on Twitter). And I totally surprised her as we sat drinking wine on a hotel's rooftop garden in San Francisco as the sun set. What appeals to me isn't simply the eye-catching designs but the fact that the cases are with something natural and renewable -- and by this tiny creative start-up. Now I'm trying to figure out what image among my photos grove could use on the case I plan to buy soon.

My case arrives, and my husband says, "I can't believe you bought an iPhone case! Aren't we getting free cases from Apple?". A few minutes pass, and he asks my daughter to hand him the phone so he can take a look at it. More time, and more sulking. . . . finally, I ask him what the big deal is. I mean, it's not like I bought a car without telling him! Turns out, he's jealous, because it's such a bad-ass case, and he missed out on the pre-order period. Awww. . . . :) Love the construction and quality--I got a plain amber with stainless bezel, because I like the look of the wood grain. It's been 24 hours, and I've had at least 4 people ask about it. The cool part is--most people don't realize it's a case. They ask, "Is that a wood iPhone 4?!!?" LOVE it.

This case is just wonderful. Much care and love went into making these cases. Mine is light, attractive, and has a picture of my daughter and pet Shih Tzu engraved on the back. This level of customization is fantastic. I love this one so much, I will be ordering another one. I do wish the bezel was available in different colors like the 3G, but that doesn't take away from the quality and craftsmanship that went into making this product. Great job guys!!!!

Just got my new iPhone 4 case delivered and I am really impressed. The case feels great to hold and while thin and light, seems robust enough for normal use. Overall, it doesn't really feel like a case which is a good thing, more like part of the phone itself. It has that quality of well designed products where you want to touch it. I'm also really happy with the silver bezel. It adds something interesting visually to the overall design. I'm giving it 4 stars and looking forward to seeing how it holds up over time which could raise it to 5.

In the Polaroid above you can see my phone cover from Grove, a really excellent company based in Portland, Oregon. It’s made from laser-cut bamboo and hand-finished with a natural oil, and I love how tactile and organic it feels in my hand – ever since it arrived i keep picking it up to admire it (do you do that with new things too? :) You can also get your own design etched onto the cover: LOVE it. I’m so impressed by how this company operates.

What can I say, these guys are great! The customer service is amazing. I'm so unbelievably happy with my case. I had a complex design and it etched so nicely. I've only had it for 2 days and it's already getting a lot of attention. Totally worth the wait too. I also feel pretty good about wrapping something digital in something natural and renewable instead of the countless, worthless plastic cases floating around.
