Famously poilishes his case with oil from his face. He postponed his quest to find the perfect magnet to start Grove with Ken. He’ll laser your fingernails if you cross him wrong! He also makes these killer leather moleskine covers:

For some reason his portraits always involve upper body nudity and strange hair or frogs. No one takes him seriously because he still has stuffed animals in his bed. He once was a furniture designer before leading Grove:
Yuji
Holds the record for having the most “black screens” open at once. Ya, those black screens with a bunch of gibberish on them that only smart computer people can understand. While not making Grove hum behind the scenes he does freelance work and owns a wine company.
Shay
He once got busted for violating the company rule of “no cutting fish with power tools”. His work ethic is so extreme he eats lunch with one hand while getting things done with the other. Rockin it!
Rizzo
The man with no first name and eight and a half fingers. He can make complicated CNC machines bow down in obedience and open beers for him yet he has trouble controlling his own dog. What gives?
Machiko
Ken and Yuji’s mom. Hand rubs 4 coats of natural oil finish on your cases and makes Yuji and Ken’s lunch everyday. Knows all the secrets for Matsutake mushroom hunting!
Galen
Famously loves spreadsheets and OCD data collection. We found out recently that he carries around a set of metal chopsticks and a spoon with an extra long handle. Never knew cause he usually only eats string cheese...
Leela
Known internally as “eagle eye”, she drives quality control through fear...nothing gets past her. Her obsession for quality is only surpassed by her collection of Threadless Tshirts. She also makes some swell origami jewelry:

Once an umbrella enthusiast, always an umbrella enthusiast. An expert digital manipulator, he will help you with your custom artwork and make it shine! He can also hold his own as an illustrator himself:

His Mexican wrestling name is “Phantom”. Quiet at work but in the ring.... watch out! Actually, no one knows much about him... besides that he walks really slow.
Jamie
Helps out at Grove when she is not working as a friendly Park Ranger out in the wilderness. If you want to see her killer grill just call her a "Forest Ranger" or ask her if she met Smokey the Bear. GGGGRRRRR!!!
Kim
Her sweetness is so extreme that she doesn’t like “mean” flavors in food such as sourness, bitterness, or spicyness. However, at Oregon Duck football games you may have to shield your children from her intensity!
Sean
Inspiration to the joke, “You are so bad at sanding the piece actually got thicker!”. Sean is known for the pop tarts his mom packs him for lunch. Has the awesome ability to pull back to back to back all-nighters.
Ben
Only man in history to wear a tie to work with Carharts. An expert with the edgesander, he could make it cook his dinner if he wanted to. Instead, he makes wood jewelery with his fashion designer wife:

Is into non-popular sports and tight jeans. His wit is as quick as his hands(fast). We have to tell him to stop yelling “get a job!” to trendy Portland hipsters downtown.
Donny
Obsesses with radiuses and repetition of form. If you give him straight sticks, he'll make em look curved if you call him Donnie. Check out his furniture:
Dano
We call him “King of the Gluers” because he has an abnormally large right arm from using the glue gun so much. Chooses to work at 6 in the morning... ya he’s crazy.
Roy
The most interesting dog in the world. He doesn't always eat iPhone cases, but when he does... he prefers GroveMade!
