MEKAZOO stands for Mechanic Zoo. Derin is an industrial designer from Istanbul who started to design toys as a side project at 2007. Currently working as a freelance designer mostly focused on Toy/Character Design, Illustration, apparel and graphic design. His works are inspired by sci-fi, mechas, videogames and b-movies.
